1. General Provisions
These Terms of Sale and Use (“Terms”) govern the purchase, delivery, licensing, and use of digital keyboard styles, audio styles, and related content (“Products”) sold through this website.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Products, you fully accept these Terms.
2. Digital Product and Delivery
All Products are digital goods and are delivered electronically. No physical delivery is performed.
Once download access has been provided or the product has been delivered by any electronic means, delivery is considered completed.
3. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All sales are final
- Refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations are not possible
- This applies regardless of whether the Product has been used, is compatible or incompatible, or if user error occurred

4. License Grant (Limited and Device-Bound)
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product exclusively under the following conditions:
- All intellectual property rights are retained by the seller.
- The Product may be used only on the keyboard whose serial number was provided during purchase
- The license applies to one (1) specific device
- Ownership of audio content and styles remains entirely with the seller
5. Mandatory Serial Number Entry
The buyer must enter a correct and valid keyboard serial number during purchase.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse delivery in case of suspected misuse
- The license is tied exclusively to the submitted serial number
- Providing inaccurate or false information invalidates the license.
6. Prohibited Use
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Product on any device other than the one with the registered serial number
- Copying, extracting, modifying, processing, or resampling audio content
- Sharing, distributing, reselling, gifting, or sublicensing the Products
- Uploading content to forums, cloud services, social networks, or file-sharing platforms
- Using the audio material outside the keyboard itself (standalone audio usage)
Any unauthorized use constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.lova.
7. License Termination and Sanctions
In case of violation of these Terms:
- The license is immediately terminated without prior notice
- Refunds are not available
- The seller reserves the right to take legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller’s liability is limited exclusively to the amount paid by the buyer for the Product.
10. Governing Law and Contracting Parties
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the end user/buyer (“Buyer”) and Virtuoso Arts, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its principal place of business in the state of North Carolina (“Seller”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Products, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full and enter into a contractual relationship with the Seller under the conditions stated herein.
These Terms and all rights and obligations arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without application of conflict-of-law rules.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, such provision shall be considered severable and shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the maximum extent permitted by law, with a provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire and exclusive agreement between the Buyer and Virtuoso Arts, LLC regarding the subject matter of this agreement and replace all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, communications, or statements, whether oral or written, relating to the same or similar subject matter.
No modifications, amendments, or waivers of any provision of these Terms shall be valid unless made in writing and expressly confirmed by the Seller.
13. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, war, terrorist acts, riots, strikes, telecommunications or internet outages, server infrastructure failures, governmental actions, pandemics, or other extraordinary events (“Force Majeure”).
In the event of force majeure circumstances, the Seller’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such circumstances, without the Buyer being entitled to refunds or compensation.
14. Assignment of Rights
The Buyer may not assign, transfer, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations arising from these Terms, including but not limited to the license to use the Product, without prior express written consent from the Seller.
Any attempt to transfer rights or obligations contrary to this provision shall be considered null and void and grounds for immediate license termination without refund.
The Seller reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliated company, legal successor, or as part of a reorganization, merger, asset sale, or ownership change, without requiring Buyer consent.
15. No Waiver
Failure by the Seller at any time to require strict compliance with any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right nor affect the Seller’s ability to enforce it later.
Any waiver shall only be valid if made in writing and expressly confirmed by the Seller, and shall not be considered permanent or general.
15. Privacy Policy, Data Protection, and Transaction Confidentiality
Virtuoso Arts, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of its users. All personal data collected during the purchase process is used exclusively for order processing, delivery of digital content, and customer support. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete the transaction (e.g., payment processors or legal obligations).
All online transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard payment systems using encryption and data protection to ensure confidentiality of financial information. BalkanX, LLC does not have direct access to full payment card details.
16. Refund Policy
In the case of an approved refund, reimbursement will be issued exclusively through the original payment method used during purchase. Alternative payout methods are not possible.
