Where can I find the serial number of the keyboard?
Click on Menu > Preferences The serial number is a 10 digit code displayed in the upper part of the screen.
What happens after the order?
After order confirmation, the download link will be delivered within 24 hours.
The downloaded content includes an executable installation file that installs directly onto the keyboard.
For copyright and licensing protection, the file is tied to the keyboard’s serial number and may be used exclusively on the device for which the serial number was provided at the time of purchase.

Can the license be transferred?
The customer is entitled to a one-time transfer of a previously purchased style package to a new keyboard device. In the event of a device change, the customer must contact support via email at info@balkanxset.com and provide the serial number of the new device.
After verification of the request, BalkanX will enable the license transfer and prepare the material linked to the new serial number. Each purchased style may be transferred only once to another device.
Where can I find the User Styles?
The user styles are installed in the “FOLK” folder.
